Some biking

After three weeks of rest, ice compression then physio I am back able to do some exercise!

On Saturday I biked the Monsal trail from Bakewell as far as Millers Dale station.  Good fun going through the tunnels, and you now can get a great view to Ravens Tor from a brief gap between two of them.  Was a very bright cold day, with a fair covering of snow over towards Edale.

Today I biked around the Ladybower, more overcast day today, but still nice to be out. Some pictures below:

Busted knee

Headed down to Pleasley Vale, after getting warmed up on a lap of the traverse, and repeating some up problems, managed to badly twist my knee ligaments spinning off from "Bulge Left" a steep 6c...very painful hobble and drive back to Sheffield, glad I had some ibuprofen packed!
